Refund Policy

Eligibility overview

Self-paced course purchases may be refunded in full if you request cancellation within 14 days of payment and have not downloaded more than the orientation module. Live consultation packages follow the session-based rules below.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@devservice-core.digital within the eligibility window stated for your product. Requests after that window are considered only for documented service failures on our side.

Full refund conditions

A full refund applies when: (1) you cancel a Clarity Briefing at least 48 hours before the scheduled call; or (2) a self-paced course meets the 14-day and limited-access conditions above; or (3) we cancel a service and cannot offer a suitable reschedule.

Partial refund conditions

For Guidance Path or Full Arc Coaching, unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus completed sessions and any materials already unlocked. Completed live sessions are not refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom document reviews already delivered, downloadable worksheet packs sold separately, and administrative bank transfer fees charged by your payment provider are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@devservice-core.digital with your full name, purchase date, product name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for enrollment details to locate the payment.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by the client

You may cancel future unused sessions by email. Missed live sessions without 24 hours’ notice are treated as completed for refund calculations.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. If a statutory right grants a broader remedy, that right prevails over this policy.
